Below are two sample teaching calendars. These were originally produced as spreadsheet files, and work very well in online spreasheets (e.g., Google Docs spreasheet).
Each teacher on the teaching team gets a copy of this form (or access to the online form), and teachers use this form to plan when each member of the teaching team will be lead teacher, assistant, or off for that Sunday.
